I was helped by Leanna and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Leanna was extremely knowledgeable about various products and was able to explain services to me in a very simple way. The best part was that Leanna never made me feel pressured into buying anything, but rather gave me all the information necessary to make a good decision. She was extremely friendly and approachable, and having conversation was easy since she was great at listening to my questions and concerns. Having people like Leanna help me with something as important as my family’s phone service gives me great peace of mind since she knows so much and takes care of all the details.

Dylan Twaddle ! What can I say about that guy. AMAZING man (all caps). After returning from vacation my phone wasn’t work right. I said “no sad day” after about a week of trying to fix it on my own I decided to call the Apple tech Support. Idk who hired them because after about 4 hours of talking to them testing things (LOTS OF THINGs) it was time for me to go to bed and my phone still didn’t work right. I decided to try ATT tech Support. (Also ok ppl but didn’t fix the issue) after another 3 hours of testing MORE THINGs (mostly the same tests apple had me do that didn’t work then still don’t work now) I said let me call Dylan. Mr Twaddle as they call him. I said Dylan I need help. He said I gotchu fam. I said my iPhone isn’t working Mr Twaddle sir. He said ok. I said my iPhone can receive android messages but I can’t reply. He said do this then that then try this. I said WOW !!! That fixed it. In 5 minutes maybe less Mr Twaddle did what apple and att tech support took 7 hours to not be able to do. Super impressed very happy. Att should promote that man to CEO. That’s what I’d do.
